Quality control

All finished products are subject to strict quality control.

1.Size、Thickness、Hardness Test:The length, width and thickness of aluminum material are measured by precision measuring instrument.

2.Colour Test:Compare the standard color card with the finished product to check the color match.

3.Powder Coating Test:Check Powder Coating effect with precision instrument.

4.Anodised Test:The precision instrument measures whether the andoised film layer meets the requirements.

5.Length Checking:Check length to ensure compliance with customer requirements.

6.Packing Check:The packed aluminum profile shall be thoroughly checked before shipment to ensure that the packaging is not damaged and there is no wrong way of packaging.

7.Stocktaking:Counting the scrutiny.
